French style green beans tossed in Girard’s® Champagne Dressing and scrumptious salmon are the stars in this good-for-you dish.
Mix together dressing, green beans, garlic, salt and pepper then set aside.
Cook salmon in olive oil and butter until done.
Cut salmon into bite size pieces.
Cover a large platter with lettuce. Pour mixture over lettuce.
Add salmon, purple onion and egg slices. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately.
