Ground Beef Ragù With Egg Noodles
Dish up some comfort food with this hearty beef ragù flecked with celery, tomato and carrots, served over Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 7 to 8 minutes.
Add celery and carrot and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté an additional minute.
Raise heat to high and add ground beef. Stir with a wooden spoon, breaking up large clumps, about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and sauté until it darkens, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, parsley, rosemary, and 1/2 cup of water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens, about 30 minutes.
While ragù is simmering, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain.
Divide noodles among 4 bowls. Spoon ragù on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
