Directions

add shallots to bowl
Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

add cream cheese
Step 2:

Add cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bell pepper, and onions.

add lemon juice
Step 3:

Squeeze in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Fold in crab.

transfer mixture to dish
Step 4:

Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes, until warm and bubbly. Finish under the broiler, a minute or two, to brown the top. Serve with dinner rolls to scoop up crab dip and extra hot sauce.
