Hot Cajun Crab Dip
Nothing says party time like rich and creamy dip. Try this version with lump crabmeat, Cajun seasoning and Sister Schubert’s® Clover Leaf Dinner Rolls to get people excited.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bell pepper, and onions.
Squeeze in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Fold in crab.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes, until warm and bubbly. Finish under the broiler, a minute or two, to brown the top. Serve with dinner rolls to scoop up crab dip and extra hot sauce.
