Step 1:

Place slices of Texas toast in a nonstick pan or flat-top griddle. Cover and cook over medium heat, 1 1/2 to 3 minutes per side.

Heat salsa in a medium skillet until bubbly. Carefully break eggs into the sauce. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until egg whites are set, but yolks still runny.

Step 3:

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat. When crispy, add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for a minute or two.

Add cumin and beans with their liquid and start smashing with the back of a wooden spoon. Keep stirring and mashing until beans are the consistency of mashed potatoes. Taste and season with salt, if needed.
