Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange New York Bakery Texas Toast with real Garlic or Cheese on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions.

To poach eggs, bring water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons white vinegar to water. Crack one egg into a small cup and carefully slide egg into simmering water. Allow egg to cook 3 to 4 minutes, carefully lift egg out of water with a slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining egg.

Sear Canadian bacon in a non-stick skillet for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat or microwave 1 minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing and lemon juice.

To arrange, place one piece of New York Bakery® Garlic or Cheese Texas Toast on each plate. Place salad greens atop each toast, next layer with bacon, eggs and dressing in that order. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika. Serve.

(Note: Eggs sunny side up can be used instead of poached eggs.)
