Make it for now, or for later: This South Asian-inspired chutney recipe is made with Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Champagne Vinaigrette, and it goes great with grilled chicken, pork, fish and seafood!
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until soft, 2-3 minutes.
Add peaches, peppers, cinnamon stick, brown sugar, orange zest, cardamom, red pepper flakes, vinaigrette and water.
Bring to simmer and cook for 40 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
Remove from heat and remove cinnamon stick pieces. Serve immediately or cool and store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 1 week.
Serve chutney with grilled chicken, pork, fish, or seafood.
