Preheat the oven to 425° F.

Place Broccolini, onion slices and tomato pieces into a baking dish and spread out into one layer. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast 15 to 17 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tbsp. oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and chop it up with the back of a spoon, while it is cooking. Remove from heat once it is cooked thoroughly.

Drain and discard any oil in the skillet.

Add cooked pasta and vegetables to the skillet with the sausage and toss all together. Add Cardini’s® Garlic Lemon Caesar Dressing and continue to heat until the pasta is warm.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
