Directions

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet; add garlic, onions, peppers, chilies and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté 4 to 6 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked (times may vary depending upon the size of the shrimp). Off the heat, add Girard’s® White Balsamic Dressing, parsley and salt and pepper. Serve over polenta, rice or orzo pasta.
