Seafood lovers will rave about this potluck-worthy pasta salad infused with the flavors of lemon, bell pepper and Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Salad Dressing.
Place seafood in a bowl. Drizzle Girard’s Olde Venice Italian Salad Dressing over top. Cover with plastic and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
Heat oil in a skillet. Pour seafood and marinade into skillet. Sauté until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles, seafood, bell peppers, onion, lemon zest and parsley. Drizzle Girard’s Olde Venice Italian Salad Dressing over top. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Cover and place in the refrigerator an hour or two. Serve chilled.
