Our version of a popular Greek dish combines skewered beef, peppers and onions with a refreshing dip made with cucumbers, onions and dill.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup Marzetti® Dill Veggie Dip, lemon juice, oregano, oil, salt and pepper. Add meat and toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate 1 hour.

Preheat a grill to medium high heat and oil grates.

Thread meat, yellow onion and red pepper onto skewers. Grill until meat is cooked to desired temperature, turning skewers during cooking process (about 10 minutes).

In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining Marzetti® Dill Veggie Dip, diced cucumber, red onion and dill. Serve skewers with grilled pita bread and dipping sauce.
