Stuffed Tomatoes
For an instant favorite, stuff beefsteak tomatoes with New York Bakery® Texas Toast, goat cheese, scallions, black beans and cilantro.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly mist bottom of a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the tops off tomatoes and reserve. Scoop out the center of the tomatoes. Transfer the tomatoes to the prepared pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine New York Bakery® Texas Toast with Real Garlic, goat cheese, black beans, scallions and cilantro and mix. Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes and drizzle with the olive oil. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Place the tops of the tomatoes on the tomatoes and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, off set the tops of the tomatoes and pour the dressing over all. Serve.
