1 bag (12 ounce) Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles

1 pound sirloin, cut into thin strips

1 package (8 ounces) fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Cook Reames® Home Style Noodles according to package directions or to desired tenderness. Drain well. Meanwhile, in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sirloin strips, mushrooms, onion and garlic in hot oil until meat is no longer pink. Add gravy, soup and pepper to meat mixture, stirring to combine. Add noodles. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
