Place cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use, can be done up to one day ahead.
Preheat grill to high and oil grates. Grill peach wedges over indirect heat, 30 seconds per side until grill marks appear. Remove from grill.
Reduce grill heat to medium and grill flatbread for 1 minute per side. Remove from grill.
Spread cream cheese and mascarpone mixture across pizza crust. Arrange grilled peaches in even layer. Grill over indirect heat until peaches are warmed through, about 4 minutes.
Remove pizza from grill, top with chopped pecans and drizzle with caramel dip. Serve warm.
