A delicious turkey meatloaf made with onion, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and glazed with ketchup is a great weeknight meal.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine croutons and warm milk in a large mixing bowl. Allow croutons to soak for 5 minutes. With a fork, smash croutons into small pieces. Add eggs and mix to blend. Add onion, bell pepper, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add meat and blend well. Pack mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce and spread glaze mixture over the meatloaf. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is cooked. Drain off excess fat. Allow meatloaf to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
