Caramel Apple Cookie
One big oatmeal cookie is slathered with Marzetti® Old Fashioned caramel dip then topped with apples, raisins, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts for a special dessert.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Follow the mixing directions on the package of the cookie mix. Press the cookie mixture into a 12-inch round on an ungreased pizza pan.
Bake 15-17 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown and firm to the touch. Allow cookie to cool slightly. Carefully loosen the edge of the cookie with a spatula. Cool completely.
Smear the top of the cookie with Marzetti Classic Caramel Dip. Arrange apples, raisins, cranberries and walnuts over the surface of the cookie.
In a microwavable container, warm 1/3 cup Marzetti Caramel Dip for 30 seconds. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Snip the end off one of the corners of the bag and drizzle the top of the cookie with the warm caramel. Cut and serve. The cookie is at its best the day it has been prepared.
Note: Brush apples with a little fresh lemon juice to help keep them looking fresh.
