Leftover yeast rolls spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon make an easy breakfast treat.
Combine ½ cup of melted butter with 6 tablespoons of sugar & 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Slice the rolls in half.
Place them face up on a baking sheet.
Spread a generous amount of butter, sugar and cinnamon mixture on rolls.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until toasted.
Yield: Could be 16-32 open faced cinnamon toast pieces.
