Chicken Strips Platter with Honey Mustard Dressing
Homemade chicken strips baked to golden brown dip in Cardini’s® Honey Mustard Dressing for a tasty, fork-optional meal or snack.

Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Spray 2 baking pans with non-stick vegetable spray. Place a roasting rack on top of one pan and spray it with non-stick vegetable spray.
Place the flour, rosemary, salt and pepper in a re-sealable bag.
Place egg whites and panko into separate bowls.
Place the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, seal it and shake. Remove chicken and dip each piece into the egg white and then into the panko. Place on the rack.
Combine the carrots and both types of potatoes in a bowl and toss with oil. Place vegetables on the second prepared pan and arrange the pieces into a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the vegetables on the middle rack of the oven and the chicken on the lower rack of the oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes. The potatoes should be tender and the chicken should be golden and cooked thoroughly.
Arrange one large platter or individual plates with chicken and vegetables and serve with Cardini’s® Honey Mustard Dressing.
