Red pepper flakes, garlic, and Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing give steak a delicious flair with broccoli rabe and Provolone cheese on New York Bakery® Ciabatta Rolls With Real Cheese.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roughly chop broccoli rabe. Discard tough stems.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium heat. Add red pepper flakes. Add broccoli rabe. Season with salt. Sauté until tender to bite.
Add garlic and sauté until soft for about 1 minute. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft and golden, about 7 to 10 minutes. Add beef to skillet with onions and dressing. Sauté until beef is cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Place cheese rolls on baking sheet. Top one side with broccoli rabe. Top other side with beef and onion. Place slice of Provolone over beef. Bake in oven until cheese is bubbly and melted.
