mix corn and shrimp
Step 1:

Mix corn, shrimp, cilantro, scallions, jalapeño, cumin, salt and pepper in bowl. Stir to combine.

add the flour

Add flour. Whisk in eggs. Stir to combine.

Shape into approximately 3-inch patties.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Repeat, adding more oil as needed.

Place fritters on paper towels to drain.
