Cajun Blackened Fish Sandwich

Directions
Step 1:

Season fish with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper.

Step 2:

Heat butter in a skillet. When hot, cook fish fillets until bottoms are blackened and the sides begin to turn opaque, about 2 minutes. Flip and sear until cooked through, another 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Spread Marzetti Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip on bread.

Step 4:

Top with fish (1/2 of a fillet sliced lengthwise), slice of tomato, onion and lettuce.
