Cheddar Cornbread Waffles with Buttermilk Ranch and Bacon
These delicious and savory waffles are real crowd-pleasers! Topped with crumbled bacon and Marzetti® Simply 60™ Buttermilk Ranch dressing, they’re sure to be a favorite at your next breakfast or brunch.

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place bacon strips on sheet in a single layer. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes total, turning bacon strips after 15 minutes. When brown and crisp, remove from oven and place on paper-towel-lined platter.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, 1/2 cup Marzetti® Simply 60™ Buttermilk Ranch dressing, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry, folding together until just combined. Add in the melted butter, and cheese, folding together gently. Do not overmix.
Heat your waffle maker until very hot. Grease waffle maker, then add around 1 cup of batter for thick Belgian-style waffles. Use less batter for standard waffle irons. Cook until browned and crispy.
Serve waffles hot, topped with Marzetti® Simply 60™ Buttermilk Ranch dressing and crumbled bacon.
