Use shredded rotisserie chicken, crunchy baguettes, and fresh Parmesan cheese for this quick and easy no-cook dinner.
Cut baguette into four portions. Slice each portion in half. Scoop out insides of the baguette to make room for the Caesar salad.
I like to toast the baguette under the broiler, but this is an optional step. Meanwhile, toss the romaine lettuce with the Simply Dressed® Caesar Salad Dressing and use a vegetable peeler to get thin slices of Parmesan. Then, assemble the sandwiches.
On the bottom half of the baguette, put the chicken down first, then salt and pepper, then the dressed greens, and then the cheese. Add a little more freshly ground black pepper if you’d like. Cover with the top of the baguette and enjoy!
