Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the noodles.

Heat oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add paprika and onions and sauté, stirring frequently, until the onions are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove the onions.

Place the flour on a plate. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dip in the flour. Add chicken to the pan and brown both sides.

Add chicken broth and cooked onions and cover with a lid. Simmer 15 -20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly, (times may vary depending on the size of the chicken).

Prepare the Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles according to package directions, drain and keep warm.

Whisk the sour cream into the broth and keep warm do not boil.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the noodles. Season the noodles with salt, pepper, dill and parsley and gently mix together.

To serve, plate the noodles and place the chicken over the noodles. Spoon extra sauce over all.
