remove corn kernels
Step 1:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Microwave corn for 2 minutes. Cool slightly and remove kernels from the cobs. Set aside.

cut peppers in half
Step 2:

Cut peppers into halves, remove seeds and cut into ¼" slices.

add chicken sausage
Step 3:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper slices, onions and garlic and sauté 4 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Add chicken sausage and continue to cook 3 to 4 minutes until hot.

prepare the noodles
Step 4:

Prepare noodles according to package directions, drain and keep warm.

add cheese and parsley
Step 5:

Add chicken stock to the chicken sausage and peppers and heat thoroughly. Add cooked noodles and corn to the skillet and mix together. Add cheese and parsley.
