Toss sautéed bell pepper, onions and garlic with fresh corn kernels, chicken sausage, aged Gouda and Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles for a tasty, one-skillet dish.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Microwave corn for 2 minutes. Cool slightly and remove kernels from the cobs. Set aside.
Cut peppers into halves, remove seeds and cut into ¼" slices.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper slices, onions and garlic and sauté 4 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Add chicken sausage and continue to cook 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
Prepare noodles according to package directions, drain and keep warm.
Add chicken stock to the chicken sausage and peppers and heat thoroughly. Add cooked noodles and corn to the skillet and mix together. Add cheese and parsley.
