In a medium-mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup Marzetti® Dill Dip, bread cubes, peppers, crab meat, parsley and scallions. Form mixture into cakes and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat oil in a heavy skillet, place flour in a small shallow bowl, dip each cake in flour and fry cake 4 to 5 minutes per side or until evenly cooked. Drain all on paper towels. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup Marzetti® Dill Dip.
