End your favorite Mexican meal on a sweet note with this caramel, peanut and chocolate chip version of the traditional quesadilla.
In a medium nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt 1/4 tablespoon butter, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sugar over butter and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, Place one tortilla in pan and press it down with a spatula, rotating to coat it with sugar mixture. Spread top of tortilla with 1/4 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Flip tortilla; press down with spatula and cook until that side is caramelized. Reduce heat to low.
Spread 1 tablespoon Marzetti® Caramel Dip over half of tortilla, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons each chocolate chips and peanuts. Fold tortilla in half. Transfer tortilla to a cutting board and cut into 3 to 4 wedges.
Repeat process with remaining tortilla and ingredients. Serve with ice cream and drizzle extra Marzetti® Caramel Dip over all.
