Garden Bistro Salad
This 30-minute salad with Italian flair can easily become an entrée salad by adding some grilled chicken or shrimp.

Prep Time: 30 Minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and combine with Olive Garden® Italian dressing. Gently toss all together to coat the vegetables. Serve.
Optional: add chopped grilled or broiled chicken or shrimp to make an entrée salad.
