Grilled Spicy Balsamic Glazed Bacon Skewers

Step 1:
To make glaze, whisk together balsamic vinaigrette, honey and hot sauce until combined.
Step 2:
Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates. Thread bacon onto 12” metal skewers, folding back and forth, like a ribbon.
Step 3:
Grill bacon over indirect heat, turning frequently, until browned and beginning to crisp, about 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Brush bacon on all sides with glaze, turning frequently until glaze has caramelized, about 3 minutes.
Step 5:
Remove skewers from grill, garnish with parsley and serve warm.
