To make glaze, whisk together Marzetti® Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade, honey and hot sauce until combined.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates. Thread bacon onto 12” metal skewers, folding back and forth, like a ribbon.
Grill bacon over indirect heat, turning frequently, until browned and beginning to crisp, about 10 minutes.
Brush bacon on all sides with glaze, turning frequently until glaze has caramelized, about 3 minutes.
Remove skewers from grill, garnish with parsley and serve warm.
