Grilled Vegetable Pizza
This grilled vegetable pizza recipe includes Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip. It’s an easy-to-make weeknight dinner option that’s loaded with nutrients and ready to satisfy the whole family.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Generously oil grill grates. Alternatively, heat grill pan over medium heat. Coat bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and red onion with 3 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange vegetables on grill and cook for 2 minutes per side, until tender.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake pizza crust according to package directions, until golden brown.
Once pizza crust is cool enough to handle, spread Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip over crust, leaving 1/2” border around edge.
Spread grilled vegetables evenly over pizza. Top with spinach leaves. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
