Looking for your next 30 minute meal? Try this simple, elegant combination of mussels, Roma tomatoes, red onion and Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-to-high heat. Add celery and onions and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and wine and cook for 1 minute.
Add mussels; cover with lid and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes or until mussels open. Discard any unopened mussels.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Off the heat, add dressing and mix into cooking broth. Serve with grilled bread.
