Bring water to boil in medium pot. Cook green beans and wax beans for about 6 minutes, until tender. Drain and cool under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add corn and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer corn into small bowl and combine with chopped green onions. (If using frozen corn, cook according to package directions and cool under cold running water. Drain well and pat dry before combining with green onions.)
In a large glass bowl, arrange the vegetables in layers and top with cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with Marzetti® Classic Ranch Dressing.
