Give chicken breasts a bright, zesty boost with a combination of cucumbers, lemon, pepper and Marzetti® Dill Veggie Dip.
In a small bowl, combine Marzetti® Dill Veggie Dip, cucumbers and parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a bowl, combine chicken, lemon juice and pepper and marinate for 1 hour. Drain well and brush with olive oil.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high. Oil the grill racks.
Transfer chicken breasts to grill and cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked.
Remove from grill. To serve, spoon sauce over chicken.
