Directions
Step 1:

Preheat oven to 300°F. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. (If rolls are thawed, bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.) Remove from oven, let cool and slice in half horizontally.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, mix green olives, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, parsley, oregano, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 3:

Trim cheese and meats to fit onto rolls. To build the sandwiches, place 2 teaspoons of olive mixture on the bottom half of each roll.

Step 4:

Top each roll with provolone, ham, salami, mortadella, and another slice of provolone.

Step 5:

Place top halves of rolls on muffulettas and serve.
