Ingredients

1/2 cup Marzetti® Original Slaw Dressing

4 medium cooked potatoes, cold, pared and diced

2 eggs, hard boiled, shelled and chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons fresh red bell peppers, diced (optional)

to taste salt and pepper

Directions

combine all ingredients

Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

mix ingredients well

Step 2:

Mix well.

chill in refrigerator

Step 3:

Chill in refrigerator to blend flavors.

garnish with hardboiled egg

Step 4:

Garnish with more hard boiled eggs and tomato wedges, if desired.
