A picnic perfect macaroni salad that’s made with ham, peas, scallions, peppers and Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Chop scallions and parsley.
Dice peppers.
Spoon veggie dip into a large mixing bowl.
Add macaroni, scallions, parsley, peppers, peas, ham, salt and pepper and toss gently to combine. Salad can be prepared several hours before serving and stored in refrigerator.
