Indulge in sesame-crusted tuna steaks seared to perfection and served atop a bed of mixed lettuce, mango and avocado with Girard’s® Raspberry Dressing.
Coat top and bottom of fillets with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. When hot, add the tuna fillet. Cook about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Slice into 1/4-inch pieces.
Toss lettuce with dressing. Divide lettuce leaves among plates.
Add avocado and mango slices.
Top with seared tuna slices.
