Southwest Fish Tacos
Great for lunch or dinner, Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip lends a delicious flair to one of our favorite fish taco recipes.

Prep Time: 25 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Preheat the oven and prepare the fish filets according to the package directions.
While the fish filets are cooking, combine the cabbage and 1/3 cup Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip.
Arrange the tortillas on a working surface. Spread each tortilla with the remaining dip. Place a prepared fish filet on each tortilla (might need to break them in half). Top with mixture, red onion, tomatoes, queso fresco and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
