Wow your guests with this Mexican-inspired dip complete with ground beef, green chilies, black beans, egg noodles, and melted cheese.
Preheat oven to 375° F . In a large skillet, sauté ground beef, garlic and onion in olive oil. Cook until ground beef is browned.
Add chilies, tomatoes, corn and black beans. Heat until warm.
Pour mixture into large casserole dish. Stir in egg noodles and cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
