Spice up your meal! Sister Schubert’s® Sweet Hawaiian Rolls combine with dijon mustard, hot sauce and horseradish in this sweet-heat shrimp roll recipe Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Coleslaw Dressing.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Working in batches, fill skillet with single layer of shrimp. Sear shrimp for 1 minute then flip with tongs. Sear for additional minute, until pink, then transfer to cutting board. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
When cool enough to handle, chop shrimp into 1/2” pieces. In a large bowl, combine Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Coleslaw Dressing, hot sauce, capers, scallions, horseradish and mustard. Add chopped shrimp and cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare Sister Schubert’s® Sweet Hawaiian Rolls according to package directions. Cool and cut slits 3/4 way through middle, leaving rolls attached on one side.
Spoon chilled shrimp mixture onto each roll and serve.
