An elegant salad that combines spinach, pecans, nectarines, onion, grapes, goat cheese and Girard’s® Champagne Dressing.

1/3 cup Girard's® Champagne Dressing

1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach leaves or arugula

3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted

2 nectarines, cut into slices or 3/4 cup diced dried apricots

1/2 white sweet onion, sliced thin

1 cup red grapes, whole or halved

4 ounces crumbled goat cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss gently and serve immediately.
