Tomato Bacon Salad

Step 1:
After bacon is prepared, crumble into bite-size pieces.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, combine only the grape tomatoes, basil and parsley and toss well.
Step 3:
Place salad greens on a platter, arranging the tomatoes and onions in concentric circles, alternating the colored tomatoes.
Step 4:
Place the grape tomato mixture in the center. Sprinkle salad with crumbled bacon.
Step 5:
Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette, and serve additional dressing on the side.
