Tender, cooked wheat berries mix with halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled white tuna, pitted olives, capers, chives, tarragon, and mixed greens in this salad.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add the wheat berries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until the berries are tender.
Drain and transfer the wheat berries to a mixing bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Add dressing and gently toss together.
Serve.
