Layer your favorite autumn flavors of butternut squash, apple, and sage on Flatout® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust for a sweet and savory bite.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and sage. Spread squash onto baking sheet in one layer and bake until tender, 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Reduce oven to 375°F. Place pizza crusts on baking sheet and bake for 2 minutes.
Remove pizza crusts from oven and top with apple butter, Gruyere cheese, roasted butternut squash, and prosciutto.
Return pizza to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve warm.
