Ingredients

1/2 cup Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing

1/2 cup pecans

5 oz. baby spinach leaves

1 cup jicama, diced or cut into thin strips

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1 cup fresh blackberries

1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco or goat cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pecans on sheet pan and bake 5 to 7 minutes. Cool.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients with Marzetti^® Simply Dressed^® Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing and gently toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
