Farro, scallions, cherry tomatoes and Marzetti® Supreme Caesar Dressing give this salad of Swiss chard its rustic, Italian appeal.
Place the farro in a bowl. Cover with water and soak for 25 minutes. Drain and place the farro in a medium saucepan. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until the farro is tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Shake out extra water.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl with Marzetti® Supreme Caesar Dressing and mix together.
