Asian Beef Salad With Mint and Basil
Crisp lettuce, cooling mint and fragrant basil combine with cherry tomatoes and tender slices of marinated steak for a knockout salad.

Place beef in a bowl. Drizzle Girard’s® Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing over top. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator, at least 30 minutes. Discard marinade.
Chop lettuce, mint, basil, shallot and tomatoes.
Combine lettuce, mint, basil, shallot and tomatoes in a bowl. Dress with Girard’s® Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil.
When hot, add beef and cook about 3 1/2 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 1/2 minutes for medium-rare. Let rest 10 minutes. Slice thinly against grain.
Top salad with sliced steak.
