Ingredients: 1 cup Marzetti® Classic Ranch Dressing; 2 pounds cooked, cold turkey breast, plain or smoked, diced; 1 package (8 ounce) instant microwave brown rice prepared, or 2 cups cooked brown rice; 1 cup grape halves, red or green; 4 chopped celery, 1/4-inch pieces; 6 green onions, 6-inch section both green and white parts, chopped; 1 medium granny smith apple, halved, cored and diced; 1 package (10 ounces) pre-washed, torn mixed greens; Freshly ground black pepper

Ingredients

1 cup Marzetti® Classic Ranch Dressing

2 pounds cooked, cold turkey breast, plain or smoked, diced

1 package (8 ounce) instant microwave brown rice prepared, or 2 cups cooked brown rice

1 cup grape halves, red or green

4 chopped celery, 1/4-inch pieces

6 green onions, 6-inch section both green and white parts, chopped

1 medium granny smith apple, halved, cored and diced

1 package (10 ounces) pre-washed, torn mixed greens

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients with Marzetti® Classic Ranch Salad Dressing. Toss well and serve. Store remaining portion, covered in the refrigerator.

Serving Suggestion: Top with almonds and dried fruit.
