Crunch into fresh veggies and tasty beef in these Asian-inspired lettuce wraps topped with peanuts, herbs, and Marzetti® Classic Ranch Dressing.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté an additional minute. Add beef, breaking up large clumps with a wooden spoon, and sauté until browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in ginger, hoisin, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and sauté an additional minute or two. Stir in the scallions. Remove from heat.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate. Spoon some of the meat mixture into the middle of each piece of lettuce.
Top with shredded cabbage, carrots, peanuts, herbs and ranch dressing.
