Toss romaine and iceberg lettuce with quinoa, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, crispy corn kernels and Simply Dressed® Ranch Salad Dressing.
Prepare quinoa according to directions on package. Drain, cool and place in a bowl. While quinoa is cooking, peel the carrot into long ribbons and place in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, pour in Simply Dressed® Ranch Salad Dressing and gently toss. Serve.
