The hidden surprise in this cheesecake recipe is the layer of Marzetti® Classic Caramel Dip and pecans spread over the crust.
Preheat oven to 300° F. Combine crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Press on bottom and up sides one-inch of 9-inch springform pan. Combine apple dip and pecans. Spread over crust. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended and smooth. Beat in eggs. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until center is set. Turn off oven; open oven door slightly, and cool cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool completely. Chill. Garnish top with additional caramel dip and toasted pecans.
